Congratulations (you have registered or will register, free of charge, with as many trucks, loading / unloading locations, contacts or representatives) for the company account, which is coordinated by an administrator!
The administrator manages (via the 'Data Management' menu in the top bar), all the information useful in fulfilling your mission.
Now you can publish a transport auction on the site or sign up for an auction declared by another firm with a truck from your company.
If you have a lot of auctions to organize (such as a shipping company and you find the ideal carrier and at the minimum price) for freight, or you have a lot of trucks that you have to work with (ie to transport various goods), you may assign the power of 'Representatives' (for a number of auctions and / or trucks), to launch auctions or to participate in an auction with a company truck.
Payment for IT services is made using 'transport points' = TPs, which you must have when you open an auction or enter your truck in an auction.
For starters, however, you have our gift of 15 TPs, with which you can sign up for 15 auctions or launch 5 auctions for freight, but you can buy at any time, from 'Data Management-> Company' .
Through the 'Auctions' button you have access to 3 types of information - A.-'My auctions '- Auctions opened by me. To find the best freight solution, you can open an auction, but you must have already entered
the exact location, both for loading and unloading (with the address, location and country based on which the exact coordinates of the location that the carrier can use in any waze or maps location application are established

'My auctions' are grouped into four types of auctions:
- 'Active' - which are launched, the auction deadline has not yet passed
- 'In progress' - the auction has been completed, but the transport has not been completed
- 'Non-offered' - the auction has ended, but there were no bidders. See what is the cause: too high price, unrealistic request, lack of trust (company with a low rating), ...
- 'Completed' - the carrier has already made the shipment. Here you can give a rating (rating from 1 - unsatisfactory, to 10 - excellent) for the partner who won the tender. - B.-'Bid' - Auctions in which you have submitted at least one bid. They are grouped into four types of auctions:
- 'Ongoing' - at which you have submitted at least one bid, but the auction deadline has not yet passed
- 'Lost' - for which you submitted at least one bid, but the last price offered was not competitive. The auction has ended
- 'Won, not completed' - you were declared the winner, you received the order note by email, but you did not complete the shipment
- 'Completely completed' - all operations have been completed, you can give a rating (rating from 1 - unsatisfactory, to 10 - excellent) for the partner who organized the auction. - C.-'Other' - Auctions launched but not yet submitted first bid - Participation in an open auction, the system only allows you if you have a type of truck requested by the organizer and a bank account in the same currency as the one requested. a lower price than that offered by other bidders, and the lowest price will win the auction.
Both the organizer and the winner of the auction will receive a confirmation email with the document that constitutes the transport order to be confirmed by the two partners.
